The Google & Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms for both our company and our clients.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have previously driven tangible revenue results through paid advertising, and can demonstrate their impact with real campaign data or case studies.

This role goes beyond campaign management. We are looking for a performance-driven marketer with a strong creative mindset who understands high-converting and engaging ad content (videos, graphics, hooks) that can capture attention, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business results.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, capable of aligning with design, content, and sales teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and overall business growth.


# Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, branding, and e-commerce.

  2. Creative Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with Video editors and Graphic designers to guide the creation of high-performing ad creatives (videos, reels, graphics, hooks) that are optimized for conversions and social media engagement.

  3. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve campaigns using KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.

  4. Audience & Keyword Research: Conduct detailed audience segmentation, competitor research, and keyword planning to maximize ROI.

  5. Creative Testing (A/B Testing): Test multiple variations of creatives, formats, copies, and hooks to identify winning combinations.
