职位描述
About the role
This position is for experienced quantitative specialists who can contribute to the training of AI systems. The work involves assessing AI-produced analytical output, tackling technical challenges, and giving structured feedback that helps improve how models reason through data, scientific questions, and quantitative problems.
People from a wide range of quantitative backgrounds can fit this role, including data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, and related disciplines. The work can be done alongside another full-time job by some contributors, while others may choose to make it their main focus.
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation and paid work will be made available on the platform.
What the contract offers
- You can select the projects you want to take on and decide when you work.
- The work is done on your own schedule, using your own computer, from home.
- Compensation starts at USD 50 to USD 100+ per hour, and some projects include bonus pay.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated quantitative outputs for technical correctness and practical validity, including statistics, prediction, scientific reasoning, and data analysis.
- Build and solve quantitative tasks used to train and evaluate AI models across forecasting, experimentation, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Produce concise technical write-ups and maintain well-documented analytical code.
- Share feedback that helps improve AI systems designed for quantitative reasoning.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative job or research setting, such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a similar area.
- Prior coding experience is necessary, along with the ability to write and review analytical code from start to finish.
- Hands-on familiarity with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experimental design, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Strong English ability at native or bilingual level, plus excellent writing skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree or PhD is an advantage.
- Additional credentials are beneficial, such as a strong Kaggle ranking, AWS/GCP machine learning certifications, or equivalent proof of expertise.
