About APM Monaco
APM, Ariane Prette Monaco, established in 1982, is a contemporary fashion jewelry brand embodying the chic lifestyle of Monaco and the South of France. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to become part of our Melbourne-based team. Your primary role will involve providing outstanding client service, cultivating robust relationships with in-store customers, and contributing to the growth of the APM brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to engage clients and build brand loyalty.
- Contribute to the growth of the APM brand through strong client relationship management.
- Manage store operations effectively and independently.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
- Achieve and maintain outstanding sales performance and customer retention (CR).
Requirements
- A genuine passion for the APM Monaco brand.
- A minimum of one year's experience in luxury or fashion retail environments.
- Demonstrated success in sales performance and customer retention.
- Capability to independently manage store operations and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to work.
- An approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Availability to start immediately is advantageous.
