Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Work with advanced AI coding agents to carry out and assess challenging engineering assignments.
- Inspect frontend code created by models for accuracy, code quality, long-term maintainability, accessibility, and speed.
- Spot defects, unusual edge cases, and likely failure points in AI-generated outputs.
- Compare responses from multiple frontier models and determine the relative advantages and limitations of each.
- Use practical engineering judgment to solve realistic frontend development scenarios.
Qualifications
The role expects hands-on experience in frontend development, familiarity with current web technologies, and comfort using AI-assisted coding tools in day-to-day work.
Must-Have Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in frontend engineering.
- Background in creating modern web applications with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Regular hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, or comparable products.
- Ability to assess model-produced frontend implementations, UI structure, and performance improvements.
Preferred Experience
- Prior work on large-scale consumer-facing or enterprise-level applications.
Compensation
