Role overview
Wordbricks is looking for a Frontend Engineer to shape the user-facing side of its web products. In this role, you will build, refine, and support front-end features that power AI-driven experiences, working closely with design and backend teammates to create polished, efficient, and easy-to-use interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for AI-based interactions.
- Improve application speed, responsiveness, and overall front-end performance.
- Connect the product UI with external data sources and APIs in a smooth, reliable way.
- Create features that support live collaboration and interactive data visualizations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on front-end development experience.
- Practical experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and React Query.
- Strong ability to learn new tools and adapt quickly within the relevant stack.
- Comfort working in ambiguous situations, including defining tasks and coordinating with others.
Nice to have
- Backend development exposure, especially with Next.js API routes, NestJS, and TypeScript.
- Interest in large language models and generative AI systems.
