About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Floor Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a prominent jewellery showroom. This role is crucial for managing sales staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of retail management within the jewellery sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct daily activities on the showroom floor, including staff performance management.
- Guarantee the delivery of outstanding customer service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers in their product selection and navigate the showroom effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and provide support to the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain showroom orderliness, cleanliness, and ensure attractive product displays.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with inventory and billing departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Oversee proper handling of stock and ensure the security of all jewellery items.
- Provide training and mentorship to sales executives on product knowledge and customer engagement techniques.
- Generate daily reports on sales figures and operational activities.
Required Skills

- Familiarity with retail showroom operational procedures.

- Basic knowledge of computer operations and billing software.

Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation in any field is required.
- A background in retail or hospitality is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a jewellery showroom or the broader retail industry is preferred.
- Prior experience in team leadership and customer service roles will be highly beneficial.
