This role calls for solid accounting fundamentals, strong analytical ability, and the confidence to manage work in a dynamic, high-volume environment.For those looking to build their career in the luxury electronics space, this is an opportunity to work with a company representing some of the world’s most respected brands.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle sales order processing with correct pricing and margin calculations for luxury product lines.Create invoices, generate credit and debit notes, and oversee the processing of sales returns.Record customer receipts, GRN entries, and expense-related bills in the accounting system.Monitor pending bill payments, rebates, and discount arrangements, and make sure they are released on time.Coordinate follow-ups for overdue payments, claims, and account reconciliations.Requirements3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably within luxury retail or sales-related accounting functions.Strong working knowledge of Busy accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.High attention to detail, effective time management, and clear communication skills.Understanding of GST compliance and reconciliation workflows.Additional InformationThis is a full-time position based in Delhi, India.The company’s broader vision is to lead luxury distribution in India while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
