Role Overview
This position is suited to someone who is well-organized, takes initiative, and pays close attention to detail. As a Facility Housekeeper, you will help create a clean, welcoming environment that supports U-Haul’s customer experience. The role is based in Kahului, HI and is part of a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
- Clean storage areas, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and related spaces by sweeping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and mopping floors.
- Remove and discard waste from designated areas.
- Keep cleaning materials stocked, monitor supply levels, and request replenishments when needed.
- Take on additional housekeeping tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong organizational ability.
- Willingness to pick up new tasks and procedures.
- Self-motivated approach to daily work.
Work Environment
The job may involve moderate hazards or discomforts, so safety precautions are important. You may work near moving machinery or parts, fumes, or irritating chemicals, and may need protective equipment such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
Physical Requirements
This role can require extended periods of standing or staying in one position, moving outdoors, reaching items at different heights, and handling equipment that may weigh at least 50 lbs with or without assistance.
