About the Role

KPMG Global Services (KGS) Tax is a multi-location team in India that supports KPMG firms around the world with tax and compliance work. The group’s service areas cover business tax, global mobility, indirect tax, global transfer pricing, global trade compliance, and tax technology. Responsibilities

• Assist the broader team in handling a portfolio of overseas clients for global company secretarial services, working under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Keep compliance schedules up to date so that services are completed accurately and on time.
• Track service-level commitments in Digital Gateway and coordinate follow-ups with clients or international delivery teams when needed.
• Refresh the client legal entity database once tasks have been completed.
• Support administrative work such as maintaining Digital Gateway, helping with client onboarding processes, and assisting with financial reporting activities.

Qualifications

The candidate should hold a degree. A background that reflects an understanding of companies and compliance, such as law or finance, will be helpful.

Skills and Experience

Successful applicants need to be comfortable using MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organisation, careful attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills are important for the role.
