Role overview
This position supports the Founder in day-to-day coordination, communication, and administrative planning. The role sits in Delhi and involves working closely with leadership and other stakeholders in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel planning.
- Arrange internal and external discussions with leaders, investors, partners, and other important stakeholders.
- Create presentations, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and professional business correspondence.
- Review incoming emails, calls, and other communication channels, then prioritize them appropriately.
- Monitor action items and ensure timely follow-ups with teams across the organization.
- Plan domestic and international travel, including flights, stays, visa processing, and full itineraries.
- Handle sensitive information with complete discretion and integrity.
- Support leadership meetings, company events, and strategic projects.
- Work with internal teams and outside contacts to keep communication and execution on track.
- Assist with research, data review, and preparation of business reports.
- Stay ahead of the Founder’s needs and help remove operational bottlenecks proactively.
- Manage several priorities at once while keeping a sharp eye on detail.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a similar field is required.
- An MBA or equivalent qualification will be considered a plus.
Experience required
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Founder, CEO, Managing Director, Chairman, or another CXO.
- Hands-on background in managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and business communications.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, investment banking, consulting, venture capital, technology startups, or other high-growth organizations is preferred.

- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
- Effective stakeholder handling and interpersonal skills.
- High professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
- Comfort working across multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred background
Candidates who have supported senior leaders in high-growth startups, fintech firms, investment banking and financial services, venture capital or private equity firms, consulting firms, family offices, or technology companies are especially well-suited. Direct experience working with founders or CEOs in dynamic environments will be an advantage.
