Role overview

An established pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Sligo is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to take charge of a multidisciplinary engineering function supporting an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) operation. The role reports into the Operations Engineering Manager and plays a central part in improving equipment performance, strengthening team capability, and advancing continuous improvement across a tightly controlled manufacturing setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide, coach, and develop engineers, technicians, and apprentices within the team.

  • Oversee engineering projects and manage the involvement of external contractors.
