Role overview
This position is focused on expanding and managing online revenue across digital commerce channels. The role involves building productive partnerships with marketplace and delivery-platform accounts, making sure promotions and product listings run smoothly, and supporting strong digital shelf performance in line with brand direction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the daily coordination and relationship management for e-commerce accounts such as Ninja, HungerStation, Noon, and Amazon.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly sales goals by executing the approved pricing and promotional plan.
- Keep product ranges current and consistent across channels, including the launch of new SKUs and seasonal items on schedule.
- Organize and run online campaigns, flash promotions, and platform-led activities in partnership with marketing and marketplace teams.
- Track sales results, conversion performance, and market share to spot opportunities and recommend corrective steps.
- Work with supply chain and customer support teams to maintain product availability and ensure timely replenishment.
- Follow up on payments, clear invoice mismatches, obtain payment breakdowns, and share balance confirmations with finance on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with brand and media teams to improve product pages through strong visuals, accurate copy, and SEO-oriented content.
- Partner with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to keep operations aligned and budgets on track.
- Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and changing customer behavior in the e-commerce environment.
