About the Company

Role Overview
This position is for a Diploma Engineer Trainee based in Pune. The role involves supporting production activities on the shop floor while working closely with the Supervisor - Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the production line under direct guidance and supervision from the Supervisor - Operations.
- Work in rotational shifts and help meet daily output targets.
- Follow safety rules and actively support safe working practices.
- Carry out role-specific internal controls and comply with statutory requirements, under supervision.
- Contribute to Kaizen activities and workplace improvements.
- Take part in internal audits and support the development of the Quality Management System.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with hands-on production exposure in CTL, Transfer, Progressive, and Blanking lines are preferred.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Compensation
The stipend is listed at INR 1,00,000 to INR 2,00,000 per year.
