About the Company
Adam Fabriwerk Pvt. Ltd. has spent more than 40 years building tailored process-system solutions for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturers. The company focuses on engineered turnkey setups for aseptic mixing and blending, ointment and cream production, liquid oral manufacturing, and sterile manufacturing process skids.
Role Overview
The Design Associate will contribute to engineering design work for process-system projects, preparing documentation, supporting factory acceptance testing, and coordinating with internal teams and client-side activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed engineering documents including P&ID drawings, GA drawings, and FAT reports with tools such as AutoCAD, CATIA V5, Plant 3D, and related software.
- Carry out FAT activities at the workplace and visit customer locations for Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep communication smooth and ensure projects move ahead on schedule.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of project status, milestones, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the production team during commissioning by making sure execution stays aligned with design requirements.
- Take part in design reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and apply necessary changes.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for candidates with a mechanical background and practical exposure to design engineering work. Fresh graduates with completed AutoCAD training and strong hands-on ability may also be considered.
Experience
Ideally, applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in design engineering or a similar field.
Education
A Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution is expected.
Technical Skills
Applicants should be comfortable producing P&ID drawings, GA drawings, and FAT reports using CAD and design tools such as AutoCAD and CATIA V5.
Additional Information
This role involves workplace FAT activities as well as travel to client sites for qualification-related work. The job is based in Nashik, India.
