Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-focused Data Insights Analyst at entry level to support our team in Australia. This is a full-time position suited to recent graduates and early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, uncovering business trends, and turning information into practical insights that improve decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather data from multiple business systems, prepare it for analysis, and carry out cleaning and validation tasks.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that make findings easy to understand.
- Track KPIs, spot trends and patterns, and highlight potential opportunities.
- Work with teams across the business to support data-led initiatives and projects.
- Complete one-off analyses as required and share results with stakeholders.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and data outputs.
- Record data workflows, analysis methods, and reporting practices for future reference.
Candidate Profile
This opportunity is open to candidates who are beginning their careers and want to build strong foundations in analytics. A bachelor’s degree that is completed or currently underway in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a similar discipline is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is beneficial.
- Basic experience with Python or R for analysis is an added advantage.
