Responsibilities
- Check data for accuracy through regular audits and fix missing or inconsistent historical information that could affect reporting.

- Match contract values with the figures stored in existing data tables.
- Manually enter information from contract documents into the correct data tables.
- Inspect records for mistakes or gaps, correct issues, and confirm the final output is accurate.
- Keep change logs and share status updates with Business Operations Leadership on an ongoing basis.
- Enter customer-supplied information into the database.
- Compare data from multiple sources before recording it.
- Create spreadsheets and enter numerical data with precision.
- Maintain and refresh databases on schedule.
- Protect records by performing regular backups.
- Retrieve information from the database when requested.
- File paper copies of records.
- Verify invoice information and process invoice payments.
- Correct input errors and prevent duplicate records.
- Follow all quality-control requirements consistently.
Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative support or data entry work.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with data-entry systems.
- Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to juggle several tasks independently in a remote environment.
