About the Role
Infinity Quest is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Böblingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. This full-time, onsite position involves in-depth data analysis, particularly within Oracle and Supply Chain datasets. You will be instrumental in extracting, validating, and analyzing data using SQL, and will play a key role in mapping data sources to targets for migration and development projects. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications and collaborate closely with Data Modelers to ensure model accuracy. Strong documentation skills are essential for maintaining records of data flows, mappings, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis on Oracle and Supply Chain datasets.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, validation, and in-depth analysis.
- Develop and manage source-to-target mappings for data migration and development initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Partner with Data Modelers to validate and refine data models.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for data mappings, flows, and technical specifications.
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Oracle querying.
- Solid understanding of data structures, including tables, data warehouses, and inventory organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one data migration project.
- Conceptual and logical understanding of data modeling principles.
