About the role

The organization is looking for a detail-focused and analytically strong Data / Business Analyst to join the Sales function. In this role, you will turn business data into practical insights, spot performance patterns, and support better decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.

What you'll do

Review sales performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas that need improvement.
Build, update, and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI and advanced Excel.
Develop and fine-tune SQL queries to pull, transform, and analyze large data sets.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to provide useful business insights.
Track key business metrics and prepare recurring performance reports.
Convert complex data findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Assist with forecasting, target setting, and business performance reviews.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and data systems.
Present insights and recommendations to management in a concise, easy-to-understand format.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or business analytics.
Hands-on capability with SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
Background in sales analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting.

Preferred skills and exposure

Experience supporting Sales, Revenue, or business performance teams.
Knowledge of forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting automation.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools is a plus.
