Role Overview
This full-time Data Analyst position is based in Munich and follows a hybrid setup with flexibility to work both from the office and from home. Remote arrangements can be considered in exceptional cases.
What You’ll Do
You will handle core analytical work including building data models, carrying out statistical analysis, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The role also includes technical project management, supporting customer success, and contributing to ongoing product enhancements.
Team Environment
You’ll work directly with the founders and clients, helping deliver projects, encourage innovation, and support the company’s growth as it expands.
Working Arrangements
- This is a hybrid position with in-office and work-from-home flexibility from Monday to Friday.
- Regular travel is not anticipated, though occasional travel may be needed in rare cases.
Skills and Experience
- Strong command of German; English fluency is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Proven analytical ability and experience in data analysis.
- Background in statistical methods and statistical analysis software/tools.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Practical experience in data modeling.
- Comfort working collaboratively in a team.
- Exposure to technical project management.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- Experience in international trade or logistics would be an advantage.
