Data Analyst

About the Role

We are hiring a careful, inquisitive Data Analyst who enjoys converting raw data into practical insights that support smarter business decisions. In this position, you will partner with teams across the company to understand problems, spot opportunities, and deliver recommendations backed by data that make a real difference.

The right candidate is naturally curious, comfortable asking the right questions, and able to explain complex findings in a simple, understandable way. Along with working with numbers, you will help communicate the story behind the data and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from different sources, then clean, check, and analyze it for accuracy and usefulness.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that help support business objectives.
• Spot trends, patterns, and growth opportunities in large datasets.
• Turn analytical results into clear, practical recommendations for stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and reporting expectations.
• Track key performance indicators and share regular performance updates.
• Help improve data quality by finding inconsistencies and suggesting fixes.
• Support the creation and refinement of data models and analytical frameworks.
• Share findings with both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, engaging manner.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a similar discipline.
• Prior experience in a Data Analyst role or another closely related analytical position.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation methods.
• Exposure to Python or R would be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle several projects at once and stay on schedule in a fast-moving environment.
