Role overview
The CRM Trainer position in Bengaluru is aimed at strengthening the performance of teams that manage customer service, grievance resolution, collections, payment follow-ups, and broader customer relationship activities. This role suits someone with a solid background in customer-facing operations and process training.
Key responsibilities
- Run structured training sessions for CRM, customer support, grievance management, and collections teams.
- Handle induction and process orientation for new joiners.
- Create training modules, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
- Identify learning gaps and measure how effective the training has been.
- Coach team members on customer interaction, communication, and service quality.
- Make sure CRM processes and quality benchmarks are followed consistently.
- Work with internal stakeholders to raise team productivity and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in CRM, customer service, collections, or process training.
- Hands-on experience training teams that interact directly with customers.
- Good understanding of grievance handling, collections, payment follow-ups, and customer lifecycle management is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Prior exposure to real estate, banking, NBFC, telecom, or similar sectors is preferred.
