The Opportunity
This role is part of a restaurant team that prepares food by hand each day and delivers a friendly guest experience. Team members are trained to work across multiple stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Chipotle emphasizes hands-on training and a clear path for growth, with a large share of managers having started in crew roles.
The environment is built for people who enjoy customer service, teamwork, and learning restaurant operations. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is welcome, but it is not required.
What You Will Do
- Work at different restaurant stations as needed, such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Help prepare real food fresh each day using standard restaurant procedures.
- Contribute to a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
- Deliver attentive service to customers and support fellow team members.
- Learn cooking and restaurant skills through the provided training.
