It is one of the top 1% Shopify stores in India and has become a profitable, self-funded company that expanded from a 100 sq. ft. garage to a team of more than 150 people in just four years.Role OverviewThe company is seeking a Copywriter who can turn its brand philosophy into crisp, persuasive, and conversion-oriented communication. The role involves shaping the customer journey through words across multiple digital channels while keeping the brand voice consistent.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate clear, engaging, and conversion-led copy for the website, advertisements, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.Work closely with the design and marketing teams to build campaign ideas and messaging.Maintain a consistent brand tone across all customer interactions and touchpoints.Refine copy using performance data such as click-through rate, conversions, and engagement.Research customer behavior, product positioning, and competitor activity to support better messaging.Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure it stays accurate, simple, and easy to understand.Support brand storytelling and contribute to longer-form content when needed.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or other digital-first businesses. Strong English writing skills, a balance of creativity and performance-focused thinking, and familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and basic analytics are important. The role also calls for strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a portfolio of relevant work.
