About the Team
Interscope Geffen A&M Records (IGA) represents major artists such as U2, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Lady Gaga, and many others. The label is looking for a resourceful, driven person to support its visual creative workflow.
Role Overview
This position supports the visual creative function by managing artwork, photo, and video workflows, coordinating approvals, organizing assets, and assisting with production and administrative tasks. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
Key Duties
- Coordinate the flow of video, photo, and artwork projects by moving materials through internal and external approval cycles.
- Share approved creative files with internal teams, management, and joint-venture label partners as needed.
- Help identify and build relationships with creative talent such as directors, photographers, production companies, representatives, designers, stylists, hair artists, and makeup professionals, while keeping an organized internal talent list.
- Support timely processing of production-related invoices and payments for outside vendors, artist management teams, and joint-venture label partners.
- Store and organize final approved deliverables along with related drives, files, and production elements.
- Modify department contracts for artwork, photography, music video, and other miscellaneous content needs.
- Keep calendars, appointments, schedules, updates, and notifications on track.
- Work efficiently to meet aggressive deadlines and keep projects moving.
- Assist with behind-the-scenes, b-roll, and other miscellaneous shoot requirements to support senior team members.
- Maintain project trackers for the artist roster, including contracts, invoices, assets, and general updates.
- Provide everyday administrative support such as travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and calendar management.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across creative operations and administrative tasks, have strong computer and design software knowledge, communicate clearly, and stay organized while handling multiple priorities. Experience in the creative industry is helpful but not required. Interest in photography, graphic design, fashion, music, and pop culture is considered an advantage.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of Adobe tools and solid familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to organize and track budgets in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong visual attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Comfort with taking direction and collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Strong organizational habits, follow-through, and multitasking ability.
- Self-driven approach with the ability to set priorities, create administrative processes, and perform well under pressure.
- Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and work with senior leaders.
- Quick, calm problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office, with familiarity in Lightroom and Capture One.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

This role is based in Santa Monica, California and follows an onsite work setup. The position is full-time. The employer notes that job duties may change over time. Compensation
The stated annual base salary range is $40,520 to $50,000.
