Role Overview
Maven Risk Advisory is looking to add skilled and driven Control Room Operators to its growing security operations team. The role supports day-to-day delivery for major clients and high-profile venues, with a strong focus on reliable incident handling and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Track live operations and act quickly when incidents arise.
- Provide field personnel with timely updates, clear directions, and escalation support.
- Operate radio and other communication tools to keep teams connected.
- Follow company procedures and client-specific standards to maintain compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy in fast-moving situations.
- The ability to stay composed, focused, and professional under pressure.
- Prior exposure to a control room, operations centre, or a comparable environment.
- Willingness to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
- A strong service mindset with consistent professionalism.
Essential Criteria
- Current NSW 1A Security Licence, RSA, and First Aid certification.
- Control room background is preferred, though not mandatory.
