About the Role
ecoSense delivers commercial cleaning services across the UK and is looking to add a cleaner to its team in Stafford. This position offers the chance to work in a supportive environment alongside friendly colleagues, with access to tools and programmes designed to help staff manage work, learn, and progress.
Team members can use the company’s staff app to handle work-related tasks such as checking documents, completing timesheets, learning while on the move, and finding the quickest route home. The business also runs an internal development programme to support skill growth and career progression. In addition, staff recognition is supported through technology, and a tree is planted in each employee’s name, which can be viewed online.
Work Location and Shift
Location: Stafford, ST17 4AH
Shift pattern: Tuesday and Wednesday, 11:00 pm to 5:00 am
Pay
The pay rate is £12.71 per hour, subject to National Living Wage requirements, and wages are paid monthly.
Key Duties
- Carry out general cleaning tasks across the site
- Clean floors and glass surfaces
- Maintain toilets and shower areas
- Perform routine light cleaning work
- Restock toilet rolls and hand soap
Training and Experience
Complete training will be provided, and no previous experience is required for this role.
Language Requirement
Because of the nature of the contract, candidates should have a strong command of English in both speaking and writing.

This role is available for an immediate start.
