Hyatt Regency Dehradun is looking for a Butler to support smooth and efficient departmental operations while aligning with the company’s corporate direction and brand standards. The role is focused on meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners through consistently high-quality service.

What you will do

You will assist the Team Leader – Butler / Assistant Manager – Butler in delivering butler services in line with the approved concept and service standards. The position calls for warm, polished, and flexible guest service at all times, along with the ability to coordinate across departments on the guest’s behalf.

Role requirements

This position requires someone who can stay composed in a busy, high-pressure setting and communicate clearly with a professional manner and presentation. Strong multitasking ability is important, as is the capacity to work with different teams effectively.

Qualifications and experience

Candidates should ideally hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in hotel operations is preferred. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities are essential. Certification from a Butler training programme will be considered an added advantage.
