Swarnim Mumbai is looking for a part-time Business Development (Sales) Intern in Mumbai. The role focuses on promoting advertisement opportunities across the magazine’s print and digital properties, including its website and PDF edition.

Key responsibilities

Reach out to local businesses, real estate developers, retail shops, and coaching institutes in the Mumbai and Thane areas to offer advertisement placements.
Present Swarnim Mumbai’s advertising packages across print and digital formats to prospective clients.
Share the publication’s rate card and work toward closing advertisement agreements.
Coordinate with the owner to understand client needs and handle ad creative-related discussions.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who are available for a part-time internship, can begin between 11 June 2026 and 16 July 2026, and can commit to a 3-month duration. Required skills and strengths

The position calls for strong communication abilities in Hindi, Marathi, and English, along with an interest in sales and marketing, and solid negotiation skills. Familiarity with social media marketing is also relevant for the role.

Stipend and payout structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 3,000 to 9,000. The compensation is structured as fixed pay of INR 2,500 to 5,000 per month plus incentive pay of INR 500 to 4,000 per month.
