Business Analyst

Role overview

MSM Walsrode GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Business Analyst (m/f/d) for its Bomlitz site within the Finance department. The position is permanent and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Support the controller with financial analysis and reporting activities.
• Evaluate data and prepare reports for controlling and treasury.
• Track and assess financial metrics and business performance.
• Spot financial risks and opportunities across the business.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting work.
• Work with multiple teams to gather and interpret financial information.
• Help improve finance-related processes and tools on an ongoing basis.

Profile and requirements

• Completed commercial training or a business administration degree, ideally with a focus on controlling, or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant professional experience, preferably gained in an industrial company.
• Experience in controlling within production companies and/or industrial park structures is an advantage.
• Practical experience using ERP systems, ideally MS Business Central, along with strong MS Excel skills.
• Initial exposure to reporting tools, preferably OneStream.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent German and at least good conversational English.
