Branch Assistant

About the role

This position suits someone with a positive, hands-on approach who enjoys helping customers and is happy to go the extra mile to deliver a great service. You’ll be part of a team in a busy, fast-moving setting where each day brings different challenges.

This is a 5/7-day operation, and the branch opening hours should be checked on the company website.

Applicants must be at least 17 years old.

What you’ll do

Customer service is central to this role. You’ll help customers find what they need so they can get back to their own business quickly, keep shelves stocked, work efficiently at the tills, and support accurate order picking for deliveries when required.

What you’ll need

You should bring a can-do mindset, a strong commitment to customer care, a willingness to go beyond the basics, and a reliable, well-presented approach at all times.

Additional information

Where the role involves working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or includes warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, or driving duties, only candidates aged 18 and above can be accepted.
