Responsibilities

• Crafting the Starbucks Experience for customers through exceptional service.
• Expertly preparing a variety of food and beverage products according to standard recipes and customer customizations.
• Engaging with customers to understand and fulfill their needs through clear and friendly communication.
• Performing diverse tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Handling cash transactions accurately and adhering to store safety and security protocols.
• Keeping up with recipe changes and new product offerings.
