Role Overview

Circle K is hiring a Baker for its Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador location at Store 6002937Q, 300 Trans Canada Highway, A1V 1W8. The role focuses on preparing bakery items, maintaining food quality, and keeping the work area clean, safe, and well stocked.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out food preparation duties and keep the premises tidy and well maintained.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and quality requirements during daily work.
• Create and present desserts in an appealing way.
• Handle purchasing and inventory tracking for bakery ingredients, preparation items, and supplies.
• Restock bakery products and materials whenever needed.
• Ensure the bakery space remains organized and clean throughout the shift.

Experience and Knowledge

• Prior experience working as a baker.
• Background in restaurant work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards.
