About the Role
Grey Soul Coffee Roasters is hiring two Bakers for its experience centre in Koregaon Park, Pune. The role is centered on crafting high-quality baked goods for a café environment that combines specialty coffee, fresh food, and artisanal baking.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fresh baked items such as breads, pastries, croissants, cookies, cakes, and other bakery products.
- Maintain consistent product quality, taste, and visual presentation across all production batches.
- Oversee daily bakery output and keep stock and ingredients organized through inventory management.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices while working in the kitchen.
- Support the creation and testing of new bakery items and seasonal menu additions.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior bakery experience of 1 to 4 years.
- Hands-on exposure to breads, pastries, cakes, or viennoiserie.
- Strong focus on detail, consistency, and product quality.
- Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving café setting.
- Interest in craftsmanship and a willingness to keep learning and improving.
