Job description
Role Overview
This position requires managing a team of maintenance engineers responsible for handling special purpose machines. The engineer will lead vendor development for spare parts procurement, diagnose machine issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity. Coordination for new machine development and process improvement initiatives will also be integral to the role.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates should possess a BE, B.Tech, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Experience with commissioning and maintenance of special purpose machines is essential. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages is required for effective communication.
