Role Overview

Walkaroo International Private Limited is looking for a seasoned ATL Media Planner - Lead based in Coimbatore. The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility and supporting business growth through well-planned above-the-line media activity across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and managing ATL media across Television, Print, Radio, Outdoor, Digital, and social platforms. This includes creating campaign plans, allocating budgets, executing media schedules, and improving performance to align with brand goals and business priorities.

A major part of the role involves leading TV media planning and buying, arranging schedules, and tracking performance to improve audience reach, TRP/GRP outcomes, and overall media return on investment. The person will also ensure that media initiatives are closely aligned with wider marketing campaigns and other cross-functional workstreams.

In partnership with the Marketing Head, the lead will help shape media strategies and find better ways to optimize media spend. The role also requires studying audience profiles and media consumption habits to choose the most effective communication channels.

Performance review will include monitoring reach, frequency, engagement, and broader media impact, followed by practical recommendations for improvement. The position also supports events and activations by extending their visibility through media planning and communication support.

Additionally, the role requires maintaining strong working relationships with media agencies, broadcasters, publishers, and other important media partners. The candidate will also handle media invoice checks, reconciliation, release orders, and expenditure records in a timely and accurate manner.
