Role overview

An established healthcare employer is hiring an Assistant Payroll Manager to help deliver a payroll service that is accurate, timely, compliant, and efficient for more than 3,000 employees across Ireland. This is a full-time, permanent office-based position in Donegal.

Working alongside the Payroll Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day payroll coordination, support the payroll team, strengthen processes and controls, and contribute to service improvements and wider business projects.   • Manage the daily running of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll cycles
