Position overview

We are hiring a proactive and target-driven Assistant Key Account Manager for e-commerce to oversee and grow online sales across marketplace and quick commerce channels. This role requires practical exposure to marketplace operations, catalogue upkeep, digital advertising, and sales analysis, along with working knowledge of platforms like Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.

Core responsibilities

  • Oversee and expand business activity across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, including Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, and similar channels.
  • Manage routine marketplace tasks such as product uploads, promotional planning, deal execution, discount handling, and resolution of platform-related operational issues.
  • Keep product catalogues accurate and up to date by maintaining correct product details, pricing, visuals, and inventory data across all platforms.
  • Track and coordinate return workflows to support efficient operations and a better customer experience.
  • Support and monitor Flipkart fulfilment activities and overall marketplace performance.
  • Stay informed about current tools, updates, and best practices in Flipkart advertising and marketplace growth.
