About the Role
This position is for an organized and dependable Assistant who can help keep day-to-day office and coordination activities running smoothly. The role focuses on supporting administrative work, assisting colleagues, and handling routine documentation and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer day-to-day administrative and clerical assistance to the team.
- Organize calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Respond to emails and field incoming phone questions.
- Draft basic documents, reports, and presentations.
- Update and maintain records, files, and databases.
- Support internal coordination efforts and team communication.
- Take on other routine office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in an administrative, office support, or assistant role is a plus.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
- Clear communication and strong people skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- A careful eye for detail and a reliable, responsible approach.
