Role Overview

This position is for an ASP.NET MVC Developer working on an enterprise web application that supports business operations and service management. The role involves development, maintenance, and production support in an ITSM-oriented delivery setup.

Project Details

• The application is built using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server to support operational workflows and service delivery.
• The system covers request handling, workflow execution, and reporting for internal users.
• The work follows an IT runtime delivery approach focused on availability, incident response, and SLA adherence.
• You will work with distributed teams and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve production issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve application functionality using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, and Entity Framework or ADO.NET.
• Handle L2/L3 production support, including incident investigation, issue debugging, and closure within agreed timelines.
• Create and tune T-SQL queries and stored procedures, along with data correction and migration tasks.
• Diagnose application and database issues, carry out root cause analysis, and contribute to performance improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for deployments, release coordination, and technical documentation.

Work Arrangement

This is a Bangalore-based role with a notice period requirement for immediate joiners. The work model is 4 days in the office.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC development.
• Hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Entity Framework and/or ADO.NET.
• Strong ability to write and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Background in production support, debugging, RCA, and issue resolution.
• Experience working with release/deployment activities and technical documentation.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
