About the role
Redpath Partners has teamed up with a Christchurch-based architecture practice that is well established, strongly design-led, and backed by a proven delivery record. What you'll be doing
- Contribute to a broad portfolio of projects, including commercial and multi-residential work.
- Take projects from early concept stages through to completion, including preparation of documentation.
- Make sure designs align with the relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Support the selection of suitable materials and construction components.
- Carry out site observations as needed.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and improve design solutions.
What we're looking for
- At least 7 years of architectural experience in New Zealand.
- Hands-on background in commercial and multi-residential projects is essential.
- Solid knowledge of New Zealand building codes and compliance requirements.
- Confident, efficient use of ArchiCAD.
- Strong technical documentation capability.
- Suitable for an Architectural Designer or an Architect, whether registered or unregistered.
