About the RoleScouto is building a new kind of recruiting experience powered by an autonomous AI recruiter that can source candidates, run outreach, conduct video screening, rank profiles, and schedule interviews without manual intervention. The company’s mission is to make hiring faster, simpler, and fully driven by AI.This opening is for an AI Generalist who can contribute across client operations, recruitment workflows, automation, product coordination, and customer success. It is a high-responsibility position for someone who is naturally AI-first, strong in operations, and excited to design systems instead of only handling individual tasks.In this role, you will connect clients, hiring managers, Scouto’s AI recruiter, and the internal product and engineering teams. The work suits someone who is comfortable juggling different responsibilities, moving quickly, coordinating with several stakeholders, and using AI tools daily to make processes faster and more scalable.Key ResponsibilitiesConvert client hiring needs into structured AI-driven recruitment campaigns.Configure, manage, and fine-tune hiring workflows within the AI recruiting platform.Work closely with founders, hiring managers, and client-side teams to keep campaigns on track.Evaluate AI-generated candidate pipelines, identify strong matches, and present shortlisted profiles to clients.Track campaign outcomes and recommend changes to sourcing, outreach, screening, and ranking workflows.Use AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, communication, workflow building, and process automation.Create practical automations, templates, prompts, SOPs, and internal workflows that reduce repetitive manual work.Serve as the first point of coordination between clients and the AI recruiter.Relay client feedback to product and engineering, help debug issues, and suggest product enhancements.Contribute to improving internal operating systems as the company scales.What We Are Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience in operations, recruiting, customer success, account management, founder’s office, business operations, or a similar generalist role.Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, or comparable products.Strong comfort with AI-led work and a habit of looking for ways to automate, simplify, and improve everyday tasks.Ability to coordinate smoothly with founders, hiring managers, candidates, clients, and internal teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational ability, initiative, and attention to detail.Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Good problem-solving ability with a focus on turning messy work into repeatable systems.Interest in AI, automation, recruiting, SaaS, and startup operations.Willingness to thrive in a startup environment where the role may change quickly.Who Will Be a Great FitYou naturally try to automate repetitive work as soon as you notice it.You enjoy switching between product, operations, customer-facing work, and hiring.You can work independently and figure things out without needing detailed instructions.You are comfortable speaking with clients while also getting into the details of workflows and systems.You like building processes from the ground up.You are excited to work with an AI recruiter every day and help improve it continuously.Nice-to-Have ExperienceBackground in recruitment, staffing, HR tech, SaaS, or customer operations.Exposure to workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms.Experience with prompt writing, SOP creation, dashboard building, or internal process automation.Comfort with basic no-code or low-code tools.Experience in product operations, implementation, or customer success within a startup.Additional InformationLocation: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
