Role Overview

The Account Manager will oversee core accounting, taxation, compliance, and coordination work for the business. This position is suited to someone who can manage financial records, statutory obligations, and cross-functional communication with banks, consultants, auditors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage statutory compliance activities along with direct and indirect tax work.
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and support the finalization of books.
• Prepare and manage HUF returns as well as personal tax-related matters.
• Coordinate with banks for routine transactions and loan-related processing.
• Liaise with auditors and external consultants to support review and audit cycles.
• Oversee import-related documentation and related financial paperwork.
• Provide support for legal and compliance requirements as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, income tax provisions, and payroll rules.
• Good command over accounting fundamentals, financial closure, and MIS reporting.
• Hands-on proficiency with Tally ERP, Excel, and similar accounting software.
• Prior exposure to loan processing, banking coordination, and audit management.
• Relevant experience in a comparable role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Eligibility

Open to candidates with any graduate qualification.

Compensation

The position offers an annual salary in the range of INR 4,00,000 to INR 7,00,000.

This role is based in Navi Mumbai, India.
