Account Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an accounting professional to oversee day-to-day books and compliance for five e-commerce brands/accounts based in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling routine accounting work, tax-related compliance, reconciliations, and reporting support in a structured, growth-focused environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Take ownership of accounting operations across five e-commerce brands/accounts.
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally and Zoho Books.
• Manage GST-related compliance, including CGST, SGST, IGST, and return filing.
• Carry out bank reconciliations and keep ledger records up to date.
• Process invoices, payments, and vendor account entries.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS outputs as needed.
• Ensure bookkeeping accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.

Skills and Experience Needed

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, along with strong working knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books. A solid grasp of GST concepts, including CGST, SGST, IGST, and basic taxation is important. The role also requires careful attention to detail, analytical ability, and hands-on experience in bookkeeping. Exposure to e-commerce accounting will be an added advantage.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is INR 20,000 to INR 35,000 per month.
