About the internship
Jaigro Capital & Asset Management is offering a part-time, on-site telecalling internship in Chennai. The company is a young financial consultancy startup that helps customers secure loans from various financial institutions and acts as a bridge between the client and the lender.
What you will do
- Reach out to potential customers by phone and present the company’s services.
- Track down and follow up with leads to arrange meetings or share further details.
- Keep call logs and interaction details updated accurately in MS Excel.
- Handle customer questions and complaints in a calm and professional way.
- Work with the sales team to support target achievement and overall goals.
- Carry out basic market research to discover fresh business opportunities.
- Share periodic call reports and performance updates with management.
What the company is looking for
Applicants should be comfortable speaking English and Tamil, have good written communication ability, and be able to use MS Excel for record-keeping and reporting. This role suits someone interested in gaining hands-on exposure in the finance and asset management space.

Stipend and earnings
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 9,000 to 25,000. This includes a fixed component of INR 4,000 to 5,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 5,000 to 20,000 per month.
