Role Overview

This role is for a biker-based territory service representative handling both delivery and pickup activities in Ernakulam, Kerala. The position focuses on completing last-mile shipment movement accurately, maintaining service standards, and following daily operational instructions.

Delivery Duties

• Remove shipment bags from the vehicle at the assigned point.
• Scan parcels before movement and delivery.
• Carry out both first-stage and second-stage sorting.
• Outscan shipments according to the planned delivery route.
• Deliver each shipment only to the address mentioned on the package.
• Collect customer acknowledgement using the device provided for BYOD usage.
• Mark the correct status code for any undelivered parcel at the customer location.
• Follow the delivery process as explained during training.
• Submit COD collections to the supervisor on the same day.
• Return any undelivered shipments to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper dress code and carry the field bags to every delivery point.

Pickup Duties

• Complete pickups according to SOP requirements.
• Reach customer locations on time as per the cut-off schedule.
• Confirm that the pickup location is serviceable.
• Count the parcels at the customer end and obtain acknowledgement on the pickup sheet.
• Inscan shipments at the office and manage rapid entry.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting of collected shipments.
• Carry out bagging before dispatch.
• Load canvas bags into the vehicle.
• Reach the next location in time to ensure timely connection.

Training and Process Notes

The complete delivery workflow will be covered through training. The role requires careful handling of shipments, adherence to route discipline, accurate updates, and timely movement of both delivery and pickup consignments.
