Role Overview
We are looking for a Telemarketer focused on insurance sales. In this role, you will contact leads supplied by partners, understand customer needs, and present appropriate insurance options to help drive conversions and meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound telemarketing calls to partner-generated leads to promote insurance offerings and support sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and suggest insurance solutions that fit their requirements.
- Turn qualified partner leads into completed sales through effective tele-sales outreach.
- Carry out all calling activities in line with regulatory rules and internal quality expectations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing or tele-sales, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Valid BCP, PGI, and HI certifications.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore.
