This role is for a seasoned Tableau Administrator who can oversee, maintain, and enhance Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud environments. The position focuses on reliable platform operations, strong security controls, performance improvements, and production support so the BI environment remains stable, scalable, and available when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, maintain, and upgrade Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud environments.
• Support multiple environments such as Development, QA, and Production.
• Administer sites, projects, workbooks, and data sources.
• Plan and execute server migrations and version upgrades.
• Manage users, groups, and permissions using role-based access control.
• Connect Tableau access management with Active Directory, SSO, and LDAP.
• Enforce secure access practices and governance standards.
• Track and improve dashboard performance, extract refresh duration, and server resource usage.
• Adjust Backgrounder processes, caching, and query behavior for better performance.
• Investigate and fix performance issues that affect Tableau workloads.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
