Role Overview

The Systems Engineer for the Battery / EV division will own the architecture of Battery Management Systems used in automotive and energy storage applications. The role focuses on capturing system requirements accurately, distributing them across hardware, software, and validation teams, and ensuring the solution is built on reusable platforms while meeting safety and quality expectations.

Core Responsibilities

Define and maintain the system-level architecture for Battery Management Systems.

Translate system needs into clear requirements and ensure they are allocated properly across hardware, software, and validation activities.

Support implementation alignment across engineering functions so that the final solution matches the intended architecture.

Promote platform reuse wherever possible to improve efficiency and scalability.

Ensure the system design follows relevant safety and quality standards.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech / B.E. degree in any specialization may apply.

Compensation

The listed annual pay range is INR 4,00,000 to INR 9,00,000.
