Role Overview

This position is for an experienced site supervisor who will manage everyday activities at construction locations and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating labor, subcontractors, equipment, and other resources while upholding productivity standards and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee routine construction work at project sites and make sure operations run smoothly.
• Track the activities of site workers and subcontractor teams, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively.
• Confirm that execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Distribute manpower, equipment, and materials in a way that supports project goals.
• Review work progress on a daily basis and share site updates with management.
• Maintain compliance with company quality requirements and project standards.
• Apply HSE rules and promote safe working methods across the site.
• Inspect the site regularly to spot issues that may affect output or workmanship.
• Liaise with procurement and store teams to arrange material needs.
• Support the resolution of technical or operational problems encountered on site.
• Check finished work and help ensure milestones are met on time.
• Keep accurate site logs, reports, and daily progress records.

Required Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience supervising construction sites.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, site processes, and workforce coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Background in managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Good communication skills along with clear reporting ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, utility, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and common industry practices is an advantage.
• Holding a UAE driving license will be considered a plus.
