About the Role

Operations at Revolut is all about solving large-scale problems quickly and accurately. The team creates systems that improve efficiency and support international growth.

The company is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to help steer how it grows and runs across global markets, with a focus on meaningful initiatives that improve processes, unlock insight, and create better customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Design and refine processes that support fast growth in New Zealand.
• Run and scale local operations by coordinating with the New Zealand strategy & operations team and the London headquarters on detailed playbooks and reliable feature rollouts.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritise projects, then build timelines that help the team hit goals quickly.
• Look for product and operational improvements that make the customer journey smoother.
• Improve standard operating procedures continuously so they remain efficient and effective.
• Oversee key vendor partnerships and put in place systems to monitor performance.
• Build strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.

What You’ll Need

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
• A strong record of delivering results.
• Experience gained in a leading tech company and/or startup, with a history of taking on responsibility quickly.
• The ability to simplify complex issues into smaller, manageable parts.
• Confidence working with data, using tools such as SQL, Python, and/or Excel.
• A naturally curious mindset and a genuine desire to make an impact.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build a persuasive business case and get others aligned to execute it.
